Who looks after your data

What the site measures
We use Google Analytics to understand visits: the pages viewed and for how long, the language, the type of device and browser, the approximate city or region, and where the visit came from, such as a search or an ad.
We also count some clicks, such as opening and sending the “Plan your lesson” form, and clicking the links to Instagram, the map and the reviews. From the form we only record the course, the number of people, the level and whether dates were filled in. What you type, such as your dates, is not sent to Google.
Google Ads measures when one of the school's ads leads someone to open or send the form. Google may also show the school's ads to people who have already visited the site. We never send Google your name, phone number or email.
Our reports show totals, not who you are. Google Analytics keeps the data of each visit for up to 14 months.
Cookies and your choice
Google Analytics and Google Ads use cookies, such as _ga and _gcl_au, to recognize the same browser from one visit to the next.
In Brazil and most countries, measurement starts when you open the site. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, it only uses cookies after you accept.
You can choose at any time using the Cookies link at the bottom of every page: “Accept all” or “Reject all”. If you reject, we delete Google's cookies on this site and they are not set again. Google may still receive signals without cookies or identifiers and use them to estimate total visits and requests.
We keep your choice in your browser (nv_consent, and the cookie nv_cookie_consent, which lasts 12 months), so we don't ask again on every page.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data from each visit, such as the IP address and the browser. Cloudflare also counts the total number of visits, without cookies.
The WhatsApp buttons open a short form that prepares a message and opens your WhatsApp, and you decide whether to send it. The conversation takes place on WhatsApp, a Meta service with its own privacy policy.
We use your name, your number and what you write to us only to reply and organize your lessons. We do not sell this data or pass it to anyone for advertising. You can ask us to delete the conversation at any time.
Other sites
The links to Instagram, Google Maps and the Google reviews lead to services with their own privacy policies.
Why we are allowed to use this data
Hosting, security, measurement and ads are based on our legitimate interest in keeping the site running and secure, understanding visits and promoting the school (LGPD, art. 7, IX). You can object to the measurement and the ads at any time using the Cookies link. Where the law requires consent, as in Europe, Google's cookies are only set after you choose “Accept all”.
We use WhatsApp conversations to arrange and give the lessons you ask for (LGPD, art. 7, V).
Data outside Brazil
Google, Cloudflare and Meta process data on servers in other countries, such as the United States.
Your rights
Under Brazil's General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD, art. 18), you can ask whether we process your data, and ask to access it, correct it, anonymize, block or delete it, take it to another service, learn who we share it with, and withdraw your consent or object to its use. Ask on WhatsApp at +55 98 99123-9637; requests are free. If we don't resolve it, you can also complain to Brazil's data protection authority, the ANPD.
Changes to this page
If the site starts measuring something different or using data in another way, we will update this page and the date at the top.
